"Decent help, just took a while"
I usually go by a simple rule with customer service: if I hear back within a day, I’m happy. This time it took a couple of days, so my first impression was that it was a bit slow. To be fair, they did answer my question once they got back to me, and it was handled fine. Nothing terrible, just not especially quick either. Overall, okay.

"Really warm and comfy knitwear"
I got a sweater from arancrafts.com, and from what I can tell so far, it’s been great for chilly mornings. I haven’t had it long enough to say how it’ll hold up forever, but it feels nice and thick without being bulky, and it’s kept me warm both around the house and when I’ve popped outside.
The fit is relaxed and comfy, and it doesn’t feel scratchy like some wool sweaters I’ve tried. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but I wasn’t in a big hurry, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Based on this one order, I’m happy with it and would probably buy again
